Nos ha encantado éste hotel. Muy cerca de los Centros Comerciales y de ODISEO.
La cama es súper grande y muy cómoda. El personal es encantador y profesional.
Está todo muy limpio.

La ubicación se encuentra a las afueras al lado del centro comercial thader. La cama cómoda y confortable. Limpieza muy buena. Nos facilitaron almohadas extras y fácil aparcamiento sin tener que utilizar parking de pago .y bolera al lado

We had to make a trip of more than 1000km and we decided to stop at this hotel. It was a complete success. The rooms have all the comforts and are very clean. Ours faced the back and we didn't hear outside noise, so we were able to rest without problems. The bathroom is not very big but it is complete and was very clean and cared for. The breakfast was very correct and during the day we had free tea and coffee in the common area (hall). The location is also very good; It is right next to the Thader shopping center with several shops, restaurants and cinema and can be easily reached on foot. The hotel also has free outdoor parking

Reserve una noche para el festival del día 4/10 pero por error no cambie la fecha y se reservó para el mismo día que realice la reserva mi sorpresa fue al día siguiente cuando se pusieron en contacto conmigo para saber el motivo por el que no había asistido , yo en todo momento pensaba que había reservado para el día 4 /10 y no me devolvieron el dinero ni me quisieron cambiar la fecha , pagué 78€ por un error y su política de empresa no da ninguna solución, me atendieron fatal en atención al cliente y jamas volveré a reservar

Hemos estado hospedados durante una semana en este hotel, de los cuales tres días hemos estado sin agua, sin poder ducharnos y sin agua en el retrete con lo que conlleva de olores, no han dado alternativa, nos dieron una botella de agua para lavarnos la cara y los dientes, es inaceptable no poder ducharse durante tres días y lavándote con botellas de agua, no ofrecieron opciones,además de no poder tomar café en el desayuno por la misma circunstancia, para no volver nunca más, no lo recomiendo.
