Hotel Legazpi

NON VENITE! DA INCUBO!!! Questo hotel fa schifo, c’era una puzza di fumo tremenda, non siamo riuscite a dormire nemmeno per un secondo. I letti erano rotti, la stanza era sporchissima, la doccia era piena di animali. Abbiamo comunicato il tutto alla reception, anche il giorno del check out abbiamo comunicato che c’erano animali nella stanza, ma un signore molto antipatico e scorbutico che era il responsabile, non mi ha dato nessun ascolto. Ho completato anche una lettera di reclaMazione e prenotando tramite booking ho chiesto il rimborso, ma la struttura non ha mai accettato. State lontane da questo posto, è da incubo. YOU DO NOT COME! NIGHTMARE!!! This hotel sucks, there was a terrible smell of smoke, we couldn't sleep even for a second. The beds were broken, the room was very dirty, the shower was full of animals. We communicated everything to the reception, even on the day of check out we communicated that there were animals in the room, but a very unpleasant and grumpy gentleman who was in charge did not listen to me at all. I also completed a letter of complaint and by booking through booking I asked for a refund, but the property never accepted. Stay away from this place, it's a nightmare.
