We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is located a bit isolated but close to the see. Nice pools, but very cold. Big room and bathroom. But. The food was awful. Breakfast was okay. But lunch and dinner was almost uneatable. No coherent meals og just bad quality!

Very spacious hotel, large bedroom very comfortable bed . Very good shower. Staff pleasant and friendly. Good size pool. Only stayed the one night. Very good breakfast , evening meal was okay. Nice to be able to have local Murcian cuisine. Would stay again.

Our room was comfortable and clean, staff excellent and food great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except for one thing - the quality of the house wine. I know that the Spanish drink mainly beer or tinto de verano with their meals but we like a bottle of wine with dinner. Only the house wine was included in the all inclusive rate and it came out of a large box from where it was decanted into flip top bottles for serving at the rooftop bar or poolside snack bar and out of a machine in the restaurant. We were obliged to spend extra on a bottle of wine each evening. The restaurant manager agreed that it was poor. It really was undrinkable and probably cost 0.50 a litre so please Barceló up your game and find something better. Mercadona sell perfectly decent wines at under €4 a bottle so it’s not difficult. We will return but probably bring our own wine next time if it has not improved.

The complete. Experience was amazing. Me and my husband was on our honeymoon and we were made to feel at home. The staff in all departments was amazing g and the rooms were clean and great. Thank you for an amazing time. We will definitely be achacó again

Hotel rural you will need a car? Food cold had to wait for specialist food. Don't have the rooms near reception very noisy not a.nice view. However a relaxing holiday and would come again. If you're going to stay at the hotel and not go out use all inclusive and drinks or cocktails are €10 but are big.

We stayed here for a short break with our friends. The hotel is I think fairly new and the pools are gorgeous. Our room was clean and bright but I missed having tea/coffee on the balcony! We sat mainly round the largest pool - around the other pool there were daily games / team events. We were half board and have no complaints about the food which was fresh and a good choice, not sure if you had all inclusive where you would get the extras - as only a ‘truck’ for your drinks. We would walk out to get our lunch at Paddy’s Bar highly recommended. There is no nice beach within walking distance. A nice hotel for a few days rest.
