"Overall experience is good. Place is great we enjoyed the pool especially the pool waves and kiddie slides. Evening lights are spectacular, the place is truly wonderful! There are activities for each family, there are kiddie rides too.. Accommodation designs are cute and eye catching, however there are water bubbles accumulated from wall paints from our room. We enjoyed the spa too.
There's a shuttle service from and to bacolod with a fee.
Food tastes good but cleanliness from utensils are questionable. Too crowded on weekends."

"A place to stay for a quick stop in Bacolod, only stayed for a few hours since our flight was at midnight we decided to look for a place to rest and have a quick bath before going to the airport. Though the place is far from the airport, its accessible in the other parts of the city."

"The air con was not really working that well, no (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap nor shampoo was there) like indicated in the e-receipt. The service was not really that urgent when it comes to costumer’s needs but overall, it’s good for the price. I hope the service will be much more attentive."

"We originally booked three nights at this hotel but due to a sudden change in my boyfriend’s flight schedule, we were only able to stay for one night. Even though our stay was short, we truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, making sure our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which gave us a relaxing rest despite our busy schedule. It’s a bit unfortunate we couldn’t stay longer, but we would definitely consider coming back in the future to enjoy the full experience."
