TOP hotel in a perfect location. Very good breakfast with a view
the lake. Staff super friendly. The second booking there was a fruit platter as a welcome gift.

Top rated is the spa! Thai massage therapist was excellent highly worth a visit! Lovely hotel with fabulous location on the lakefront close to the station. Wonderful friendly service - breakfast was included which was varied and well presented. The rooms overlooking the lake had a small balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Comfortable bed and lovely linen/ pillows.

We enjoyed very much our short break at the Hotel La Palma au Lac. Excellent location on the lake front, clean room, courteous and helpful staff, really appreciated the sauna and steam room facilities. Aiming to be back soon to try the restaurants.

Modern, clean and perfectly located. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. A little pricey but worth it. Worth the extra cost of a junior suite on a higher level with direct lake views. The cocktail bar on level 7 is a must. Stunning breakfast was included and free parking just across the street.

We’ve stayed in a junior suite with a spectacular lake view. Loved everything about this hotel. The room, the view, location. Also hotel had a parking spots available for guests (26 euros per night). The thing I wanted to highlight is breakfast. It’s amazing: rich, fresh and delicious.

1 star goes to the super friendly staff and one goes to breakfast and location. The rooms are partially very old with a shabby infrastructure: loose taps in the bathroom, licking air condition, rather oldish furniture. Clearly overcharging due to festival times.

We have a few days vacation with friends here. And it was really FANTASTIC! First we have a surprised check in and the receptionist Gian make for us everything very professional . Then restaurant service is astonishing. And the rest is BREAKFAST it’s really something as well view is amazing and the price is quite accessible. So for me PALMA LOCARNO is one of the best.

This is an excellent professionally-managed hotel, clean, bright, well-decorated in a quiet stretch of lakefront. The view of the lake is stunning and well worth the cost. (The view from the back of the building is less appealing.) Excellent breakfast and good home-made pasta in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful.
