"I transferred room 3 times. Since the room was not clean enough. (1)The CR smells so bad. (2) the second room was not clean but since im so sleepy i told them to clean it when i arrived in the morning since I have duty from 6pm-6am. (3) executive still but they called me to transfer to regency because of the things that happened. But good thing they upgrade my room. The supervisor and the staff was good except for the cleanliness."

My only minor issue was with the curtain in the room — it didn’t block out the sunlight very well in the morning. Hoping they consider installing thicker or blackout curtains for improved comfort. "I booked this room for an event at Filinvest Grounds, and it was very convenient since it was just a walking distance away. The room was clean, with toiletries provided, and the receptionist was very accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. We even extended our stay for ₱200 per hour. "We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we especially loved the cozy bed and thoughtful details throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was the sweet gesture of a birthday card left for my mom, which made her day feel even more special. Molito and ATC is just across the road, and there is a 7 eleven nearby which made our more convenient. The pool was heated which is a plus. We also loved the Alabang city view from the pool. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator, which tended to get crowded during peak hours, so we had to wait a bit longer at times. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely consider staying again."
