Positiv: Insgesamt gutes 1Zimmer-Appartement in zentraler Lage zu einem fairen Preis (80€/Nacht für 1 Person am Wochenende). Das Badezimmer ist modern und schön für diese Kategorie von Unterkunft. Die Spülmaschine ist toll insbesondere für längere Aufenthalte. Negativ: Leicht schmutzig (Staub auf Ablageflächen; Zigarettenstummel, Kaugummis, Papier auf Terrasse; Küchenutensilien teils leicht verschmutzt), Abnutzungsspuren an Wänden; bei Nutzung der Überkopfbrause steht das Bad und teilweise der Flur unter Wasser; im Vorfeld keinerlei Informationen über Ablauf des online-check-ins von Seiten der Vermieter.

Limehome is located in the seediest part of Muenster - right by the train station. While it is easy to reach, it is also loud and not a very pleasant area. Our whole stay - NOT ONCE was our room made up and things like coffee replenished. But on the other hand, the room had a nice fridge and a functioning kitchen. The supermarket is right next door making shopping easy. The whole place was grossly overheated - we had to sleep with our window open - not good near the train station. While I would not book it again, it was the worst experience.

Stayed here on multiple occasions and Limehome has always been outstanding on cleanliness, service, location, amenities, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

Im strömendem Regen am 12.01.23 stehe ich nach bestätigter Buchung ohne Zugangscode vor der Tür auf der Straße. Ein Bewohner lässt mich irgendwann ins Haus. Im Treppenhaus rufe ich zunächst die Kontaktnummer limehome an: Die ausdrücklich angegebene Nummer ist ungültig. Ich rufe bei ********** an Der Sachbearbeiter dort war sehr freundlich. Ich saß bald circa 45 Minuten im Hausflur mit meinem Gepäck, während der Sachbearbeiter die Situation zu klären versuchte. Es hat dann nachher geklappt hat. Mir hat es da schon gelangt. Man hat das Zimmer angeblich bis 11:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Am 13.1.2023 um 10:40 Uhr funktionierte der mir angegebene Code 5789 für die Haus Eingangstür. Nicht mehr Mann hat mir den Zugang verweigert, obwohl ich das Zimmer bis 11:00 Uhr nutzen durfte. Das ist wirklich das Allerletzte.

In das Zimmer gekommen erst einmal vom Schlag getroffen, da es stark roch und die Luft stand! Die Betten waren total zerknittert und es befanden sich Haare auf den beiden Laken, vermutlich nicht frisch bezogen. Die Klobrille war ebenfalls unsauber und Haare darauf zu finden. Alles in allem war das Zimmer mehr als widerwärtig, sodass wir nach ca. 10 Minuten wieder ausgezogen sind! Hoffen noch auf eine Erstattung des Geldes. Widerlich unsauberes Zimmer!

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Stil ist schick. Leider war unsere Fußbodenheizung offenbar auf voller Stufe eingestellt. Ein Thermostat war nicht vorhanden, sodass wir bei offenem Fenster schliefen. Es war dennoch kaum auszuhalten und ein ruhiger Schlaf sieht anders aus.
