The location is excellent, situated in a secluded area on way to the tata tea packaging factory in pallivasal. The property is enveloped by picturesque tea plantations, offering a splendid view of the aatukad waterfalls and the valley. The culinary experience is exceptional, with hygienic food prepared on a made-to-order basis. However, it's important to note that the ghat road leading to the property is narrow and has a steep slope, requiring caution for those unfamiliar with driving in hilly terrains. Regrettably, there is no designated campfire area as advertised. In summary, the stay is above average overall.

We booked this hotel for a couple of days for our Munnar trip and were happy with the stay. We got an upgrade with both Mountain and river (a stream) view room which is there USP. The food was good but the breakfast was same for both the days. This hotel is not very far from the market area. The hotel staff kindly arranged taxi for our sightseeing at a reasonable rate, overall a descent stay.

Great place to stay in Munnar which is at par with many International Hotel chains. The staff are courteous and hospitable . The food choice is limited but by far one of the best In Munnar. This place also has a Bar attached. In house facilities like room service, Laundry is quick and efficient. The Breakfast has a variety of mostly Vegetarian options which are something to look forward to start your day. Location is ideal, just away from the hustle & bustle of down town. The Views from some rooms are beautiful to wakup to in the morning. Ask for the Mountain View in front. Overall very happy with my 1 week stay at Issac’s Residency.

Staff talk politely, but room and maintainence is worst. We shifted to better hotel on day 1 itself after booking it for 2 days through online 5 days before our trip... They say that all the rooms are booked but it doesn't seem so... They gave a room in underground floor which is completely dark and had no view to outside... While the pics in the website show all rooms provided with a balcony open to mountain viewing... On asking they took extra charges to upgrade it to ground florr which had no basic amenities even a budget hotel could provide.. No doormats no toiletries no hot water.. Bedding looked shabby and unclean.. We immediately booked another better hotel outside and shifted their with no refund for the cancelled room... Can go only if you have no choice otherwise..

Meet the extremely talented and exceptional team .. starting from Mrityunjay as FM .. Vipin as wearing the Mastrr Chef hat and extremely hard working Vidya , Sanjana , Ashish and couple more .. who ensured we not only get the best delicacies from Kitchen but also get the best experience on/around the place . The sweet incoming ceremony with Tilak n diya echoing our true Indian values sentiment of ‘Atithi Devo Bhav’ and cute parting ceremony of saying goodbye with a sweet ( so as to have a sweet memory of a place ) was icing on the cake . Last but not the least , Ronim ( apologies if I got the name wrong ) @gym and Manika @spa were helpful too. Thank you everyone !!! Kudos to the entire team
