The accommodation was really good with good view. But the property is not maintained well. Food is good, but we felt due to lack of stuff and inventory, breakfast service was slow and poor. They need to work in this more.

rooms - 8/10 faced slight hot water issue and accessibility issue - 250 rs for a auto ride to hotel from city center. Better if you have personal vehicle but is still a little risky. Went in non rainy season so did not face much difficulty. Food is bit pricy, but tasty and hygienic. Some maintenance needs to be done in rooms, pool area common area. Pool water had lot of chlorine. Rest everything was excellent.

Stay at tea valley resort was great. It was a fun filled stay for the family. Rooms were clean and each room has a valley view. Resort itself is amid-st the tea plantation and have multiple activities for everyone including treehut, swimming pool, play area and bonfire. Food at resort was very satisfying. We enjoyed the stay here.

Very average hotel, the view from the room is nice but everything else is very average. The food is just bad and so is the service, the approach road is terrible. The rooms are okay, semi clean. Apart from this they charge 18% gst, which is a scam since its not a 5 star property with room rent more than 7500.

The view from the room was awesome. The hospitality was very nice. Food quality was nice and buffet was excellent. Should improve the cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall it was excellent stay at the resort.

Stay was very good. Nice and neat rooms. Food was also good. Only issue was the accessibility. The shortest route to main place munnar was blocked for big vehicles. So we had to take a longer route

Stay was awesome. Road to the property was narrow and hard to reach. Properties in kids play area was dirty. Food was expensive. View from the room was breathtaking. Activities were good. Staffs behavior was welcoming. Swimming pool was awesome. Quality of food was good. Climate was chilling even it is a summer time. Room is spacious and classic
