Please Please read my review then u go for booking Bad things: 1. Hot water will come in yellow color so u can imagine how clean it is 2. Hot water will not come in ur bathroom until u call and complian 4. Morning breakfast is not good 5. Cobord door was broken and fell on my son leg 🦵. I compliant them they didn't respond for my queries 6. There is a tv 📺 but it won't work, even there is stand for channel receiver, it was hanging in front of tv 7. Broken kettle was given 8. Location is not good Good things: 1. Room was clean and everyday they change bedsheets 2. Room service was good

This is one of the worst hotel. Never book this. I have booked for 2 days but checked out in one day. This is a typical hotel not the resort. I booked this stay expecting a resort experience as listed on MMT, but it turned out to be just a hotel. • The room size is not as advertised on MMT; it is much smaller than the advertised 190 square feet. • The washroom is too small, making it difficult to use comfortably. Water os dirty. • The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. • The toilet flush was not functioning properly. • Despite being listed as a 3-star hotel, it does not even meet the standards of a 1-star establishment. Breakfast was testless

Nice experience over all,very clean hotel the staffs were very friendly view from the room is amasing.the restaurent view is really super Food is also very tasty.hotel near by munnar town.thank you so much team west wood.
