Westwood Riverside

This hotel has serious hygiene and sanitation problems. The room and bathroom were really dirty and full of bugs. I complained and they put me in another room full of mold that is extremely harmful to health in addition to the smell that is unbearable. In the first room I had to shower with ice water. In the second one they told me they would come and look and they never did. It had no water bottles and the coffee maker was completely broken. The hallways, dining room and common areas are also quite dirty. The furniture and facilities are poorly maintained, broken and outdated. They change the wifi password and don't even let you know. The staff is not attentive at all. Neither the manager nor those at reception. They got upset because I complained and asked me what the problem was. I think it's pretty obvious in the photos. They are fake, they know perfectly well the crap they are giving you but to collect money they are fast. I wouldn't return to this place even if they gave it to me as a gift. Breakfast is buffet. A lot of things are missing. They don't even have juice or local bananas. Depending on the time you arrive, you run out of food because they don't replace anything. Sometimes cutlery or plates are even missing. The fruit didn't look good. They don't have a toaster. Anyway... A disaster!
