The hotel’s location is perfect—close to hilly area with a nice view. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay special. I truly felt like a valued guest. Highly recommend for all.

Good location,easily accessible, good atmosphere, good fud.Everything was nice and super including customer service,hospitality.The location is vlose to munnar busstand.So that you can visit almost all locations from here and have a happy trip.

We stayed in this hotel last two days, the stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful from the room the view was awesome.The room clean and neat the food was deliesoues. They arranged cab for sightseeing it was wonderful trip. The manager mansur ali was so helpful

It was a horrible experience while eating from here... The overall look and Ambience was really nice. But we got the order after a long time... When we order second time,, it was really horrible,,, then we cancelled the order and we move on... Some food was nice... Some not... Most of food are not hot,, it's not that much good....

I had a very very good experience. Staffs are very helpful and the food was delicious. Nice rooms and facilities. Easy to reach at any location in munnaar. I would strongly recommend to anyone friends, couples, family... Do visit and stay happy.
