True to its reputations, Tea County Munnar stay was one of the finest we had in recent memories. Right from the reception at a very impressive lobby, to the idyllic location and courteous staff and management , every day was perfect holidays for us. Breakfast and Dinner ( we didn’t have lunch there , except one day) was good and sumptuous. Do not miss the local cuisine as special dinner menu, it was delectable. Overall, a very memorable experience

Very nice , location is absolutely stunning nestled in a picturesque setting with panoramic views of the mountain. Our room was spacious immaculately clean We had a private balcony that offered an incredible view. Dining were phenomenal we enjoyed several meals at the restaurant

Excellent ambience good hygiene warm hospitality good location.Location of the hotel is best in Munnar in my opinion.Foods are tasty.Rooms are clean hilly view from balcony.Gardens are full of flowers.No hidden charges for anything.Five star rating.

Words cannot express the beauty of this place! Tea County is nestled on top of the mountain with panoramic views of Munnar and sprawling hillsides of tea plants. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the kind front desk staff. We were then taken to our cottages! Cute little bungalows with a few rooms in each. The rooms are beautifully decorated. A buffet dinner starts at 7:30. Lots of veg and non veg options. But the highlight was Biju who helped us with a member in our group who needed to eat gluten free. He went thru the buffet and pointed out everything she could eat. She did not go hungry! The next morning, Biju saw us entering and took my daughter straight to the buffet line to show her what she could eat. Now that is service! This place is a must visit for anyone coming to Munnar!

Had a very pleasant experience staying at tea county resort munnar. The place is just like a piece of heaven on earth. Food was toogood ,rooms were near an tidy and awesome. Will definitely stay there if am visiting munnar again. It will never disappoint..

Very clean rooms, nice views, friendly and helpful staff. The food was average. The hotel made arrangements to connect us with local operator so that we could tour the tea museum and enjoy a relaxing evening with ayurvedic message . An overall great day.

The hotel had a really great ambience to it. The landscape was great, the view from the hotel rooms were amazing. The rooms were provided with all the necessities and more to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff were hospitable and made sure we were comfortable. A variety of delicious food options were also provided, l liked the buffet a lot, the food was homely without too much oil or spices. The gardens were lush with many different coloured flowers and crotons. So many pretty aesthetic places to take pictures. They had provided ample space for car parking too.

The location itself is the USP. The gardens are well maintained and so are the rooms and open spaces. Food is very good and the behaviour of all staff members and service people are commendable. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay at Munnar.
