Good staffs and services

We had the most spectacular time at Scenic Munnar! The facilities are wonderful and the service is prompt and personalized. What stood out the most for us was the excursion planned by Palani. He made our trip to the tea plantation and factory so easy and enjoyable! I highly recommend the experience and working with him!

Its just WAH TAJ… Beautiful located place and excellent staff who took immense care of us. Must visit hotel in Munnar. The kind of hospitality can be found in Taj hotels. Well maintained garden amd room sizes were excellent. Food was exceptional

Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Newly made property, relaxing environment, amazing food! Highlight of the trip was the warmth and prompt service of the staff. They would always do something more than expected, it was their passion and eagerness to make us feel comfortable. Key people who made our trip even more enjoyable Chef Vipin - would superbly curate anything we asked for and made us feel at home. Vidya - F&B executive who managed our meals and all requirements. It felt that we knew each other since before. Adyasha - showed extra care and warmth, always going out of her way. More surprisingly she even came to work on her leave day as she wanted to meet us and take care of us on our check out day!

To Team Scenic , Our heart is still at Scenic . Words are less to describe this place . Right from our arrival to our room and our relaxing stay and till our departure, the welcome and service has been seamless and homecoming. Spacious rooms with balcony and all modern amenities, great ambiance and excellent service ,top noch food and fun activities for kids and most importantly the ever helping and happy and smiling team members who are there for you just a call away . I couldn't have had a better stay during Diwali than this place and it would not be possible without these incredible team members . My mom and me would love to thank the following for doing everything they could to keep her at ease and comfortable and every member made sure she had a memorable stay and laughed and was happy while at yours . Huge thanks to Mr Varun who did my booking and gave me such a warm welcome and made sure the room was perfect and made sure all was taken care of . We would love to thank the following from front office - Mr Vinod ,Shweta ,Smrithi, Prija, Harshita and Sukmaya for everything and always checking on us . Thanks to Mr Palini from travel desk for making it easy for us to travel to the touristic attractions .We simply loved and enjoyed Munnar . Huge huge thank you to the fnb team ,you were always there to hold my mom while walking and made sure she sat comfortably and enjoyed trying all the new cusines specially the kerela dishes .Our favorites being the podi idli , egg Appam, egg burgi croissant which was so soft and flaky ,the kerela style Chicken 65 ,Biyani and Chicken curry and omg the spring rolls were excellent- simply mouth watering. Thank you Mrityunjay ,Vidya ,Lison, Ajith, Ajay, Aditya, Mohit, Ashish, Adhyasha, Sanjana - you guyz definitely made sure every guest had a delicious meal .Thank you Chef Raghav ,Vipin ,Manoj and Niteesh and Rathesh . Without the housekeeping team ,our stay wouldn't have felt like being at home .We are grateful to Anupama ,Ringkhang and Soumya for keeping our room always clean and decorated with flowers . Last but not the least thank you to the guards and buggy team who would be very patient with my mom while she walked and helped her always ,you guyz are the best .Thank you Hari,Ravi,Sanjeev,Ashok and Sajin . Excellent property and great staff including valets, front desk, housekeeping to restaurants. We got an upgrade to room with a plunge pool and it was outstanding. Large room with a great shower and a beautiful plunge pool which we loved. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous although we felt the lunch/dinner menu was a bit limited and had mixed experience with the food taste at times. The chef and the staff were quite receptive to acknowledge the feedback. Our son enjoyed the indoor play area and the staff went out of their way to make it available even beyond their operating hours. The property has a Tata power DC charger and the valets helped with charging our EV. Definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Munnar
