This property looks great from outside but it needs a full renovation badly. It felt like walking into a hotel in the early 90s. Carpets in the rooms are worn out and faded. Staff don’t show a lot of enthusiasm for what they do.
Housekeeping was the worst. Upon arrival I noticed duvets were not very clean. A lot of hair on and in the duvet. I had to ask for them to be replaced. The shampoo and body wash container in the bathroom was empty throughout my stay. I travel with my own so didn’t need it but was waiting for housekeeping to noticed. I even tipped the cleaner one day hoping they’ll do a bit extra but no improvements.
Although rooms were cleaned daily, staff did not change used glasses throughout the room even if they had wine from the day before.
The ******, coffee shop, and location is all this property has going for it.

The hotel is quite discent regarding the rooms but in fact it is a ****** and the clients are not so well treated. I stayed there for five nights for professional reasons and I would say it was not a very positive experience. During the night drunk people knocked on my door coming back to their rooms from the ******. I have to say that they have a very good spa area and a quite good pool. If you are a gambler this is the right place. Not for families.

We stayed there for four nights. The rooms are clean with helpful staff. We visited the ****** only for the restaurant. The ****** and the hotel are at opposite ends, which made the hotel fairly quiet. The parking is free. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel. The only minor issue was our room got quite hot even though we had turned the heat off. We solved this problem by opening the window.

Frequento il Perla da tanti anni, da quando il confine era ancora chiuso e la parte nuova dell'hotel non era stata ancora edificata. L'albergo , dotato di un immenso parcheggio coperto, è davvero ottimo anche se , come tutte le grandi strutture, un po' freddo e leggermente impersonale. Quest'anno ho notato con piacere che il parquet ha finalmente sostituito, nelle ampie e confortevoli camere, la vecchia moquette e che i rumori provenienti dall'impianto di aereazione sono quasi scomparsi. Inoltre il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ottima e abbondante è la colazione mentre i tre ristoranti offrono ottime scelte per tutti i palati e per tutte le tasche. Insomma mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Unico neo, un neo che mi impedisce di dare le cinque stelle è "l'accappatoio a noleggio". Fare pagare 50 centesimi a notte l'uso dell'accappatoio , quale garanzia contro il furto, mi sa di surreale. Per un cliente abituale poi, è quasi un'offesa . Nessuno , penso, ruba più gli accappatoi negli alberghi e non saranno certo 50 centesimi a far desistere un eventuale mascalzone. Ma anche se questo dovesse accadere, un hotel quattro stelle fa buon viso a cattiva sorte e trova altri sistemi per compensare la esigua perdita. Comunque, come potete accertare , ho già prenotato per il prossimo novembre. Cordiali saluti a tutto lo staff. Antonino Galbo.

Bellissima struttura con disponibilità di parcheggio. Ottimo il ristorante all’interno del casinò. Si mangia abbastanza bene a prezzi non eccessivi con molta varietà di cibo. Il casinò risulta ben organizzato con il personale molto gentile.

Hotel molto bello ,personale competente,colazione ottima. Unico lato negativo non ha una piscina all'aperto. Grande casinò, e buona spa. Complesso molto curato nei dettagli. Self service buono ed economico. Zona parcheggio buona. Consigliabile.

Sono stata recentemente in questo bar con l’intenzione di ordinare una torta, attratta dall’aspetto delizioso e dall’ottima reputazione dei dolci. Tuttavia, l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. Avevo poco tempo a disposizione e ho chiesto cortesemente se potessero prendere la mia ordinazione velocemente. Purtroppo, mi è stato risposto in modo sgarbato che non avevano tempo per me. È davvero un peccato perché le torte sembrano meravigliose e sicuramente sono anche buone, ma l’atteggiamento del personale mi ha lasciato molto insoddisfatta. Un po’ di cortesia e disponibilità in più avrebbe fatto una grande differenza. Non credo che tornerò in questo bar, nonostante la qualità dei prodotti, a causa della scarsa attenzione al cliente.
