Krka River Lodge is a small lodge catering to fly fisherman located on an amazingly productive stretch of the Krka River. The lodge offers comfortable rooms that are clean and reasonably priced, all-inclusive fly fishing packages (lodging, all meals, guides and permits/licenses giving access to rivers across Slovenia). The lodge is endorsed by Orvis and the guides are exceptional. Over 5 days I fished multiple rivers across the country, splitting fishing time between dries and nymphs, catching more than 15 fish each day including - rainbows, browns, grayling, and marble trout. My guide helped navigate the early fall weather to optimize my time to be where fishing conditions were best.
