Best Munich Spa Hotels

Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

Hotel is in a good location. It is just opposite central railway station. Room is clean. Breakfast is excellence. Honey at the hotel is one of the best honey that I have ever had before.

A very good hotel, not just for trade fair visitors. The room was a sufficient size, the bathroom was a bit small. The glass bathroom door is not suitable for this frame, so it is not a good solution. The room was clean and everything was there, such as a bathrobe, Senseo machine, and kettle. The sauna area is a plus for this hotel and is very nicely laid out. Breakfast had a large selection and you had everything you needed. Egg dishes could be prepared. The bus takes you to the city center very quickly. There is also a shopping center right near the hotel with lots of shops and a food floor.

The room is not small, but the planning is unreasonable. The bathroom door faces the bed, and there is a mirror on the door. It is very uncomfortable to live in. The air conditioner switch in the room is also broken. There are places to eat around, but there are not many choices. The hotel breakfast is not worth the money, and it is not recommended. In short, there are better options, so don't choose this one.

Service was great. Nice lounge to wait around before check in. Location was great as U station is just round the corner from the hotel entrance. It's about 20 minutes to Marientplatz and HBF. Good connectivity for transport to the Adele concert.

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

I stayed for 6 nights on a business trip. Because of the exhibition, the price was not cheap even though I booked it several months in advance. The price was cheaper after the exhibition! The breakfast variety was basically the same every day. The front desk service attitude was good, but the efficiency was not very good. The room was too small and there was nothing, not even napkins. I asked for it several times and they said they would deliver it, but there was no trace. When it was delivered the next day, it was gone after I used it.

The hotel is very clean and confartable the location is in a residential area but far from city center not very well connected by public transportation. The room is well equipped with amenities coffee machine and kettle .fridge. the shower is awesome. Didn't try the breakfast.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !
