Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Munchen

The hotel is located on an elegant residential street in Munich, five minutes from the metro stop. Very nice room, clean and large, very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Kitchenette with coffee machine and all comforts. Basic but elegant furniture, not bad beds (somewhat soft pillows). Yes, it overlooks a somewhat busy road, so cars can be heard at night, but nevertheless we rested well. We didn't try the breakfast. I would stay there again.

The room is very small, writing 21 flat, in fact, the indoor area is about 16 square meters. In the residential area, the restaurant downstairs sometimes sounds very late. There is also the boom of motorcycles.

Check-in was a breeze but not going to lie I was taken aback when the receptionist told me we have to deposit €250 and they will deduct from there in case there is any damage. This might be the highest amount of deposit for a hotel stay I’ve ever paid for. Room size was alright with sufficient amenities. Just a suggestion. It would be better if normal still water is provided instead of the sparkling water. Perhaps we are not used to drinking that for daily hydrating needs. My friend and I used the gym a couple of times. For a hotel gym I think it was good enough. Sauna facility was a pleasant surprise! Changing rooms and lockers are provided. However do note that it is only open from 1700-2300 which makes sense as people are out exploring the city during the day. Location wise, the nearest station is Donnersbergerbrücke which is around 7-8 min of walking. From there you can easily reach any parts of the city.

The price/performance ratio is very poor. If you really need to book a triple room in Munich, it is better to change two standard rooms in other hotels. I booked this room called the Superior Triple Room. The sofa bed is a simple sofa built and very narrow. It is difficult to turn over. It is very perfunctory compared with other hotels. The room size is not large. The bathroom can even be said to be small. It’s not very convenient to talk about it. The breakfast is qualified but not good. The price of more than 2,400 yuan a night is totally worthless. The two Unicom family suites at the Hilton Hotel in Frankfurt Airport are only 2,666 yuan a night. It can only be said that Munich may be a tourist city that does not lack money. Is it only necessary to accept this price?
