Pros - Excellent location close to tram and U which takes you approximately 20 minutes to city center and Hbf.
- good gym.
- safe and comfortable neighborhood where you can do supermarket and asian food right behind the hotel.
Cons - needed to ask for shower room amenities and even wrote on the paper, nobody cared. I lacked the body soap for 2 nights out of 6.
- balcony was dirty.
- room was spacious but plain and rather old.

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only.
Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food.
Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location.
Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket. Via tram , train and bus.

The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

My experience at Sheraton Munich was extremely disappointing. I had booked a Super King room with a balcony, but upon arrival, I was given a room on the top floor without a balcony. When I spoke to the staff, who were unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my request, they told me they would grant me the room as if they were doing me a favor, despite the fact that I had paid for a room with a balcony.
When my room was finally changed, I was given a room with a malfunctioning balcony. I woke up to find the balcony flooded with water, which forced me to check out a full day early. I received no compensation or even an apology for this terrible experience. It was very annoying and frustrating.
