I was here for my trip, and the people were so nice and also the breakfast was delicious. and super clean.

Appropriate hotel in a "convenient location" the A9 is not far and in about 30 minutes you are at Munich Airport. Ideal for 1-2 nights. Rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. Good value for money.

The transportation is convenient, the facilities are average, it's okay, just stay for one night on a business trip, don't expect too much. Choose a room type near the street, it will be noisy, so be careful. Having said that, hotels in Germany are like this, nothing special.

This was a quick stay getting ready to end our trip to Munich and surrounding areas. It fit the bill. Clean room and bathroom, good size. I kinda liked the self-check-in. The place is clean and quiet and convenient to the train station.

The B and B hotels in Germany are great deals. I’ve used several and have never been disappointed. They’re small but are a perfect sleep spot. You don’t pay for crap you don’t need, no microwave, no fridge, no free morning coffee. If that’s what you need, don’t use these hotels. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and chill while working or touring, these places are perfect. Clean, cheap, friendly. In europe, I check for their availability before I look for anything else.

Convenient location for a Bayern Munich game. McDonald’s was right around the corner.

A cheapish hotel, so necessarily perfunctory but well designed and everything in its place; fine for pit-stop of a stay

The property was a good option for the price. About a 10 minute walk to the metro which takes you straight to the main city center. There was a great bavaraian restaurant within walking distance that is great! Do have cash, as a lot of local places do not take card.

I’ve booked for High-End Munich during 18-21th of May 2023. I paid 191€/night + breakfast for solo stay. It was a very small room with two single beds. Just what I needed; a clean room, bed, shower and wifi. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the sign outside the hotel announcing 59€ for single and 69€ for double. How opportunistic! Make sure to compare prices from the web with the price direct from the hotel.

We had initially only booked one night from Sat-Sun online, but called on Wednesday to extend the booking to two nights from Fri-Sun. The employee on the phone was unable to complete the booking and so he created a new booking, so we had to check in again on Saturday. The self-check-in didn't work. Neither on the cell phone nor on site at the machines. It took a while for someone to come to reception. Unfortunately, the first young man spoke no German at all and we only spoke very limited English. His colleague joined us shortly after. The fact that we now had two separate reservations led to some difficulties at check-in and unfortunately the fact that we are b&me members was not taken into account. We only noticed this late in the evening in the room, as a QR code showed that members should receive free water. Unfortunately, the reception was no longer manned at that time, but when we asked, we were given 2 bottles of water the next day. When we entered the room on the second floor, the first thing we noticed was that, despite the non-smoking symbol, it smelled strongly of smoke - probably because our window was directly above the staff exit by the wastepaper baskets and the smell got worse when the window was open. The second thing we noticed was that the trash can had not been emptied and was still full to the brim with the previous guest's waste. We mentioned this to reception the next morning when we checked in for the second time, whereupon the employee briefly threw his hands up in the air, saying "not again" and promised that someone would empty the trash immediately. Unfortunately, no one came, and the room was not cleaned in general. Only once at around 11 a.m. a man knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out, which I said no. The man then went straight on to the next room. After that we were out and did not return until the evening. On the second evening I noticed that my duvet had quite large, black stains along the top and side seams. I hadn't noticed them the night before because we just wanted to sleep after the long journey and a stressful evening. Unemptied trash cans, stained bed linen and the smell of smoke simply do not speak for hygiene and cleanliness. 1) Cleanliness and 2) safety are always the two most important criteria for me when I visit a hotel, so I can't give more points because the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
