After reading mixed reviews I was a little dubious of what to expect however was pleasantly surprised. Fantastic location, 2minutes from the central station and tram links. Very basic and dated but comfortable and clean! Although showers and toilets are shared, we never had to wait for use, they were kept very clean. Would recommend for a few nights exploring the city (or in our case, Octoberfest) where you're not spending lots of time in the room but want somewhere clean and central.

With some simple tweaks this could be great value as it enjoys a great position near the central station. It’s very convenient for central Munich and has excellent shops and bars all round. Room was clean, spacious and good value for money. Two simple improvements needed: A television that works - mine was totally useless. Put some proper pillows on the beds - the bags of fluff at the moment are NOT pillows. Chuck them away.

Ideal cheap hotel for anyone looking for just a bed, stones throw away from Munich Central Station and the city centre, doesn’t offer anything special, shower and toilet is shared but it’s all you need if you not looking for a luxury stay, the staff were helpful too.

Liked · We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived after a long haul flight and not sleeping for 36 hours. The room was ready earlier than expected and it was big. clean and quiet and great value for money. Despite being in the central station area we felt safe and all the inner city sights ( Asam Kirche, Marienplatz, Residenz, Hofbraeuhaus....) are within walking distance. Disliked · for some reason the WiFi prompted me to re connect every few minutes, particularly when opening a new page; it worked but could be better

It is an old hotel, but that makes a clean impression. However, I saw and killed a cockroach in the shared bathroom, which is a bit disgusting. The location is of course perfect. WiFi was fast and free.

No me aloje en esa pension que uds mencionan …. Me aloje en el hotel design inn a dos cuadras hacia el sur de la estacion central. Excelente y muy comoda y ventajosa localizacion. Increible el desayuno !!! La habitacion comoda y la ropa de cama impecable.
