The staff was friendly and the facility really cleaned, only the breakfast had a small variety, nothing special.

Nearby MCD which is a plus
however poor handling skills to big groups as we have met 2-3 groups of more than 100pax in total who queued for breakfast at one time. They should have housed them in separate ball room or location instead of having breakfast with other guests.

My room is clean and tidy. Breakfast area is nice. There were some issues upon arrival, for example, a broken lock safe. However, the issues had been dealt with promptly by a patient technician. It will be even better if it's closer to Frankfurter Ring station.
(PS There was one Mr. Lam working in the breakfast area who really made my day!)

Breakfast was nice big variety. Room was small but had everything you need. Free parking right in front of the hotel.
