The location is nice near to central station every thing is clean but the room is small in size and the bathroom and toilet doesn't have a lock on the door in addition it's transparent partially

Everything was ok except that there’s no air conditioning in the room. Informed reception but they said there is aircon (couldn’t feel any wind at all) and we can’t adjust the temp and it’s different from the US aircon system where we can adjust as we wish. It’s honestly very stifling in the room and we were perspiring while sleeping, even waking up in the middle of the night because it’s too warm. Opening the window doesn’t help because there’s no wind at all and it’s also pretty warm out there. Winter would probably be good space to stay in but definitely not in the rest of the seasons

Hotel with a great location, close to train station. Our room was at first floor, was a bit of traffic so i would recommend to book a bit higher up.

Ok for short stay
Hotel is located in a fairly menacing area. No violence per se but lots of people in the street staring and hanging around at all hours.
There was a hole in the floor with cables coming out of it. I had a twin room to share with a friend, but with poor privacy for the toilet and shower with no real door, just frosted glass.
The heat in the shower was very temperamental.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and the price is good. It is also very close to the main train station and some good cafés and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay. Great location close to the Munich Central Station. Amenities were clean and modern! Staff was friendly and helpful! My only very small complaint was 10:30 pm shower ran out of hot water! Would still highly recommend.

Poor experience but cheap
Relatively cheap hotel but poor experience overall. Shower was unintuitive to use and bed layout was strange (just one small pillow and decorative pillows, not a typical large pillow you'd expect). At least it was quiet.

The hotel Is in a run down heighborhood, lots of trash on the streets, although the hotel Is perfectly fine
