The hotel was in a really nice location, the room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All you need for a weekend in Munich.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing.
My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation.
This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

The room facilities are at the level of Home Inn and All Seasons in China. There is nothing, no refrigerator, no hot water kettle, no toiletries. The breakfast has very few types and is the same every day. After cleaning the room on the first day, my bottle of Liushen was taken away, which is outrageous.

Super clean, well designed room for 3 adults. Very flexible and helpful service. Easy access to Englischer Garten, Bavarian restaurants and public transport into old town.

Not worth the money
I would not recommend the "Room, Courtyard View". I found the couch uncomfortable, lacking space to do work, a tiny table with no space to eat, and overall pretty lackluster room. Additionally, the hot tub was closed.
Perhaps suites with integrated saunas make it worth it

Small Boutique Hotel
Pleasant stay in this small boutique hotel walkable to the Underground. Close to shopping area. Clean and comfortable. Okay breakfast. Front desk staff could be friendlier.
