It's about 3 tram stops from Munich Station. It's a little far away, but it's not noisy, so that's good.
The staff are very kind. They kindly gave me the Wi-Fi password, and when I bought food from outside, they gave me a fork and spoon.

Very horrible room, ridiculously small, horribly old facilities, poor soundproofing, you can hear everything in the corridor and outside the window, the bathroom stinks, all the usual hotel facilities are not provided (such as hair dryer), there are cockroaches on the bed.
