Great value for what your paying especially during Octoberfestival.
Walkable distance to the center. Its clean and like the cozy design.
They gave us 2 bottle of beer every morning along with bottle of water. Very kind of them.

Good service (for a B&B), the hotel is located next to the lake, quiet, beautiful, and inexpensive. Walking might be a bit difficult, but if you have a car, it's not too difficult.
