The hotel itself was very nice. (Very) warm rooms, comfortable layout, good beds, and great breakfast! The staff we encountered were all warm and hospitable. The location was convenient since it's near the train station, but highly doubt we would want to stay in that area next time we visit (even though we have nothing bad to say about the hotel). It felt dirty and just kind of gloomy. ***** *****, ******** halls, etc. felt like the main attractions of the area, and at night it was kind of a depressing area. The hotel isn't exactly in the middle of this necessarily, but only tens of meters away from it.
With that being said, it's a 5-7 minute walk from the central train station, and probably 10-12 minutes to Marienplatz. Very convenient. If you don't care about what's in the direct vicinity, I would highly recommend!

I love it! Great location with very short walk from central station, wonderful service minded staff (Ana) who didn’t fell to help booking train ticket or give advices on my inquires, nice and lots of selection of breakfast, and comfortable and clean room with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and staff service. Breakfast was also great. Anna at the reception is great. Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast is just very friendly.

Convenient location: close to the München Hbf (5 min by foot) and city center (15 minutes by foot to the Marienplatz). Clean room, comfortable bed, Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom.
Breakfast is amazing, really loved it.
To sum it up: I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel

This was a really nice hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. It had such a massive selection which was great. The only downfall is there's a lot of construction in the area so you needed to walk around the block to come back to check in instead of walking straight to it.

Great location with 5 minutes from the Munich station and about 20 minutes walking distance to the sightseeing points. The breakfast is excellent with hot and cold dishes. The room is clean and spacious with a small kitchen.
