We enjoyed our single night stay here. It was easy to find despite arriving in Munich after dark. The room was clean,, cosy, comfortable and functional. The hotel has various eating places around it so finding food was not an issue. Parking at the hotel was safe with underground car park provided at eur17. The breakfast served was satisfying.
I highly recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for value for money short term accomodation.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel is close to U-1 (Olympia-Einkaufszentrum) and U-3 (Oberwiesenfeld) U Bahn lines

I often go to Munich on business trips and I'm used to living here. In general, the price-performance ratio is OK. If you drive yourself, you don't have to worry too much about the slightly remote location. The distance to the subway station is acceptable, about a ten-minute walk. There are not many places to eat around, but it is close to the Olympic Sports Center.

The hotel is close to the U line. You can go down the sidewalk slope to the subway station. There are several supermarkets, bakeries and small restaurants outside the hotel, which is very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are very old. The bathroom door cannot be closed. The light will turn on or off after pressing the switch for more than ten seconds. The hygiene is not very good. The windows have probably not been cleaned for many years.

The hotel was fully booked during the Oktoberfest. Since I decided to go to Munich at the last minute, there were not many options. The price increased a lot during the Oktoberfest.
The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are very basic. It is a business and economic hotel.
The location is not in the city. You can drive or take the subway. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station.
The breakfast is relatively basic and there are not many choices.
