It's in the city center, but the facilities are average and a bit old. Like the previous hotel, the building we stayed in from the second night onwards had no hot water, so we had to move to another one, and the room became smaller.

I didn't have high expectations for a 3-star hotel, and the room size and distance from the station were in line with the description. It's just that the hot water supply is insufficient. We went back to take a shower at around 10 o'clock the second night, but there was no hot water at all. The most outrageous thing is that the front desk just said that there was no heat and it was broken, and they had no intention of helping us, and just talked on the phone. It was only about 10 degrees at night, and I couldn't take a shower at all. I will never choose this hotel again.

Cons
- Rooms are available up to the fifth floor, but the elevator only goes up to the fourth, so if you get a fifth-floor room, you'll have to climb one flight of stairs.

There is no front desk, and you have to call the entrance to have the door unlocked. The rooms are dimly lit, and if you're only going to sleep, it's not far from the station, so it's bearable. There is no parking lot. I parked in a nearby paid parking lot.

overall are so good. Stayed with my 2 little kids for 7 night and extending it again for 7 night. Room is clean. No water cooker is a nightmare for me as a mother with 2 kids who will drink milk everyday, but you can buy it yourself if you are staying longer like me or just go down stairs and ask for the hot water. They will give you. I did not understand why is it that people did say that the room are tend to be so loud , but hey! we are in the Central station roads of course will be louder than others and if you are choosing the front building and the lower floor, you have to understand that there will be some noice from outside your room. I stayed in the 4th floor facing the street side and everything was perfect for me and my 2 little kids regarding our sleeping ability might get disturb by the noices but it wasn't true. The hotel managements were actually so responsive and now they instaled a standing fans for sommer time visitors and I love it so much. Upgrading the beds etc. Staffs are so friendly and all you have to do is to ask if you need something. Breakfast were not perfect for us but we went outside our hotel to buy our breakfast. btw Rewe & DM are so close by. Restaurant can be found here so easily. will staying in this hotel again for my next visit in München.

The staff was wonderful and the property was clean. The bedding and bed were comfortable.
We did have minor issue with toilet continuously running and the shower would not drain. Only other note, we had a front facing room which was quite loud at night but then again, it was a very central and convenient location.
