Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good location, with public transport nearby.

The hotel has a rich breakfast and is very clean. I chose this hotel as my first stop when I came to Munich twice. It is very comfortable. It is surrounded by Laime Park and the subway is only a few dozen meters away. It is also very close to the central area. It is a very cost-effective hotel.

Very poor especially the service, no service! Choose carefully

Good value, but no luxury, for example there was no coffee machine in my room, which I didn't have a problem with. Very clean rooms and facilities. I found staff to be very friendly and helpful in accommodating my requests to the extent they could. I like the location (very close to the U-bahn) but it may not be for everybody. I did not partake of the breakfast nor did I use any other facilities, so I can't speak to those items, but the staff and management seemed to show a surprising high level of care for their guests.

Excellent hotel near the underground subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent full breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were pleased with our stay at Park Hotel Laim. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get to public transportation.

Stayed only 1 night for a football game but I was very impressed. From the lovely lady at the front desk to the cleanliness and cool layout of the room! Also the closeness of the metro station is a plus!

It was a clean place with a very spacious and clean garage. Very close to subway and direct line to city center. Decent breakfast and helpful staff.

Dirty bath, lots of black hair everywhere, especially corners. They take 16€ for extra cleaning because of my little Chihuahua, but don’t even get the disgusting black hairs cleaned from the bathroom?! Not recommend!

This hotel was perfect for visiting Munich. We were able to park on the street with no problem. The subway entrance is on the corner and we were in downtown Munich in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful

All staff are friendly and kindly. I always stay at this hotel when I have business trip around Munich, In this time I stayed 4nights in total. If you're late for check-in time, you can use the PIN to receive the key in the key box. There is U5 Station near the hotel, and some of tram station, too. There is so tasty German restaurant(Gotthardgarten) near hear, and there is also so good bakery(Zottl).

When I go to Munich by business trip, I decide to stay this hotel. There is in residential area and silent, but very useful area. And staff are so kind.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Dry safe underground garage parking. The hotel was very clean, everything seemed to sparkle. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Munich.
