Good value for money, along with a convenient location for bus, metro, etc etc. Good breakfast, ideal for a couple of days stay. Hotel’s on the second floor, it could be a little confusing for some people, but it has a huge sign that says hotel. Lobby staff was nice and very helpful. All in all, it was ok

Very convenient to public transport stops, easy to find. Small room, but fair for the price paid.
The only pillow available is very uncomfortable

It's okay if it's not summer, but because the air-conditioning vents are very small, the indoor temperature drops very slowly. In addition, because we have a lot of luggage, there are only stairs to go upstairs in the hotel, so it takes a little more effort.

You had to call to get into the hotel. The person on the other end just shouted "Hello" into the receiver. The lady at the reception tried to be friendly, but didn't speak any German. What was really bad: the towels were dirty. Otherwise, it was fine.
