For people who appreciate a warm place, with hot water, a clean bed and good coffee, the location is good, good value for money. I appreciated the good communication of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to transportation. 🥰🤗

Very convenient to public transport stops, easy to find. Small room, but fair for the price paid.
The only pillow available is very uncomfortable

It's okay if it's not summer, but because the air-conditioning vents are very small, the indoor temperature drops very slowly. In addition, because we have a lot of luggage, there are only stairs to go upstairs in the hotel, so it takes a little more effort.

You had to call to get into the hotel. The person on the other end just shouted "Hello" into the receiver. The lady at the reception tried to be friendly, but didn't speak any German. What was really bad: the towels were dirty. Otherwise, it was fine.

The best of this hotel is it's location. It is right next to the Laim station, where the train lines to the center pass, it takes only a few minutes.
The price of the hotel is excellent considering the quite high prices in Munich.
Cleanliness and facilities are minimal, but I say again, for the price it is very good

There is something difficult about the door. There is no laundry service, no hairdryer, the environment is normally clean, but some lighting is lacking.
It's a bit old, but at this price it's ok for a two-night stay.

I am very disappointed about the cleanness and the customer service of this hotel. First of all the hand of the bath was broken, so we couldn’t shower well! then we found two insects in the middle of the night in our room. I talked to the hotel manager and she told me at first she/he will refund me the money, then she told me she/he can give me only 25% of the price, because we reported the insects later not at the moment. I was shocked and asked why and that i need another solution because i paid money to sleep in a clean room! The manager ignored me and didn’t answer even though i sent many emails!
