Clean and close to S7 train, price also reasonable. Furthermore, downstairs there is supermarket.

It is a bit far from Marienplatz (7 stops from nearest S station), convenient supermarket right below the hotel, entrance to the hotel not at ground floor but easy to reach at first floor, good breakfast

Our stay was ok. There was a weird water sound on the roof during night which was unpleasant but it went off after couple of hours. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir aux alentours de 23h. L'accueil du personnel était chaleureux et aimable. La chambre est climatisée, propre et les installations de la salle d'eau sont neuves. L'hôtel est à 10mins à pieds d'une gare de train qui vous emmène à la gare centrale de Munich en 20mins.

地理位置個人覺得有點偏，火車站坐地鐵才能到達，離地鐵站5分鐘-8分鐘的距離吧。因為啤酒節，市區的酒店要不沒房了，要不漲價太多，所以選擇了這家。
房間面積不大，但五臟俱全，就是淋浴間的下水有點慢，洗澡過程中有積水現象，其他還行。
