It was very comfortable because it was in a good location and quiet place, 20 minutes by tram from the central station.
There is a big supermarket next door, so you can find anything there.
I still want to use it.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the S/U train station.
The sound insulation of the room is poor, and the sound of the door opening and closing next to it/the noise from upstairs is very clear.
The only saving grace is that there is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.

We chose Ibis, based on our previous, excellent, stay in Berlin. However, this time paled in comparison. The bed was indeed comfortable and the staff was polite but this is where any praise for the hotel ends. To say that the room was dirty is an understatement. In fact it was not cleaned once (the room or the bathroom) for the duration of our stay which was 8 nights. Linen was only changed once and you can see from the pictures that it needed changing!! Housekeeping was present and changed towels every couple of days, but that was it as far as housekeeping goes.

We were there for an exhibition. It was very easy to get from the location to the exhibition by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The breakfast buffet selection is fantastic. I will keep this hotel bookmarked for future stays in Munich.

A very nice hotel close to the centre of Munich with excellent transport links. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very nice - lots of options. Would stay here again.

Hotel use my card on file without my permission. When we booked these 8 reservations, we checked pay at hotel. These account should not have been used. I had to stop payment on my card. Not happy at all

The staff are all so very friendly and helpful, which made our stay extra special. When I'm back in Munich, I'll definitely stay here again.

In total it was a comfortable stay here. I stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. A clean room in the modern Ibis design, compared to other Ibis Hotels the rooms are really quiet. The bar downstairs offers a good choice of drinks. The hotel staff was very friendly throughout my stay here. Many restaurants and stores, as well as tram, bus, subway and train stations are nearby.
