There is a male front desk who provides very good service, giving people a very close and intimate feeling. The facilities are average in all aspects, about the level of Ibis. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers, I didn't see them in the hotel

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient and fair for the price. Only the shower temperature and pressure needed improvement.

It was very comfortable because it was in a good location and quiet place, 20 minutes by tram from the central station. There is a big supermarket next door, so you can find anything there. I still want to use it.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the S/U train station. The sound insulation of the room is poor, and the sound of the door opening and closing next to it/the noise from upstairs is very clear. The only saving grace is that there is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.

Booked this as part of a package deal through TUI for a solo trip to Munich in October 24. The total package price was very fair and the room was good for one person. The only negatives were that the bathroom door was more of a frosted glass panel (I am not sure how convenient that would have been if two people had been sharing the room), and water from the shower tends to spread onto the bathroom floor as there is no shower curtain. Also, some hooks both in the bathroom and near the room door (for coats etc) would have been useful. It was clear that everything in the room had been designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning. That's probably a good thing as the room was well kept. One other thing to note is that the power socket near the desk was partially obstructed by some device connected directly below it. This meant that I couldn't use my travel adapter in that socket, so had to charge my laptop on the other side of the room. The breakfasts are very good and unlimited. One suggestion I would make is that Ibis could provide a tea and coffee self-service area in the lounge. This isn't provided in the rooms. If I have enough luggage space the next time I stay at an Ibis, I might pack a travel kettle and a cup! The hotel is located a short walk from two tram stops, from where you can travel to the Ostbahnhof (Eastern Rail Station) & connect to other forms of transport. Alternatively, the tram will take you straight into the city centre if you stay on board. Overall, this is a pleasant, modern hotel with helpful staff and it's just a little way from the city centre. I'd be happy to stay here again.

We stayed two nights during Oktoberfest 2024. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Onsite parking was 14 Euros per day in a secure underground garage. The room was small but everything worked properly and it was clean. We felt safe and the hotel was quiet during the evenings. The breakfast was VERY good. It was the best morning breakfast we had during our 3 weeks in Europe. We payed 14 Euros per person per day for breakfast but it was worth it. There is a large 2-story grocery store (Kaufland) right next door for all of your needs, and there is also an Aldi down the street. Not many restaurants in the immediate area that we saw. Easy connections to public transportation are also near the hotel. Overall, we had a nice stay and would consider this hotel in the future. Not luxury but it definitely served our purpose.

Not worth the price!!!! Our trash was never taken out, resulting in a weird stench from the yogurt that spent two days sitting in the trash in our room. The room is tiny with nowhere to put luggage except on the desk (still barely any room for that). The trash can was broken and the lid kept falling off in the bathroom. There was visible mold in the shower. We traveled with a large group who all got separate rooms and the consensus from everyone I spoke to (and myself) was that the room was either terribly hot and we were sweating, or freezing cold. It seemed that regardless of how we used the thermostat, you had to pick a direction to suffer. Too hot or too cold. I saw another review of someone that tripped on the speed bumps out side and I laughed (not at their misery, that sucks) because I ALSO tripped on them in the dark when we arrived. I also noticed that the glasses in the bathroom were never changed (real glass glasses not plastic). I noticed because I used mine to mix my emergenC drink and the entire stay it still had a gross crusty rim from the powder+water. Would have liked a fresh glass. The bathroom counter was TINY and the bathroom door was a glass door that didn’t actually seal off the room which sucks when you’re using the toilet and sharing a room. There is nowhere to set anything in the shower. I had to put Al my toiletries on the shower floor. For how much we payed for the hotel I was very disappointed. Breakfast is pricey and self serve. The location isn’t great.
