1) We booked parking as well but did not get the code for parking and did not know which spot to occupy. They stated that they have 6 slots, but only 5 had numa signs 2) We received the invoice upon checking out and not after paying for it which is odd. For this reason we realized only after the checkout that the hotel applied a very weird, odd, and shady pricing and we ended up paying 2.5 times higher price for the first night and this mattered because of a reimbursement. 3) Customer service was not helpful in clearing this and they even lied to us. We requested to split the invoice, first they stated that it is not possible, and of course it turned out later that it is possible. Customer service was generally not available or very slow, and I had to call them several times on multiple days, and the main issue was not cleared. 4) A resident was smoking in the corridor even if it was stated that the fine is 150 EUR, and the resident did not bother because (s)he lives there.
