So kommt keine Privatsphäre zustande.

Perfect for us in many ways! Great location right on the shopping streets, we were in the middle of action when we stepped out to the pedestrian zone. No need to commute to city center from far away. Boho chic- style design. Loved the use of different colors in different spaces and floors to create a special ambience across the small but cosy hotel. Rooms were small but comfy, and totally quiet. Not a single sound from eithet outside or from next door, which I really appreciated. There was a church right behind the hotel, but window closed you couln't hear the bells at all. Great A/C. Such peaceful and quiet nights spent in our lovely room sleeping like a baby. Great, thick curtains blocked out all the light, so it was dark, too. Perfect for a bad sleeper. Bathroom was neat and tidy and spacious enough for our needs. Everything was clean and spotless everywhere in the hotel- well done cleaning team! Breakfast was 19e. (not included in our price) and worth it! So fresh and delicious. Croissants, bread rolls, jam, cheese, fresh fruits, great quality tea in a cute pot, pancakes...service was good and the room beautiful. Good start for our busy days in town. Nice young staff at the reception very service-minded and friendly. Taxi drivers pick you up from the reception since they cannot drive there due to location on a pedestrian zone. Only negative things worth mentioning: -no tea making facilities in the rooms -pillows and duvets made of synthetic materials instead of feather and down -very poor water pressure in the shower (5th floor)

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Don't let the photos, high stars and several good reviews trick you, like they tricked my husband and I. Initially when we booked our room we expected a spacious and clean 1 + 1 room with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. But when we were at the reception, one of the staff members explained to us that we had gotten a completely different room because ”they don't give out rooms based on pictures” but rather instead have their own system of stages or levels and you don't even know which exact room you get when booking. They claim the one we booked was a tiny room that could barely fit my family of four and several luggages (we had been traveling overseas for a month). There wasn't even any space to walk between the beds or between the luggages, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't even close the door because our room was so small. The bathroom was infested with bugs on the ceiling and walls, the whole place smelled of obnoxiously strong perfume to mask the disgusting odor of meat previously cooked in the kitchen and throughout the whole ”stage”, and most bothersome of all, neither my family and I nor our luggages could fit in our small room. After explaining that we wouldn't be able to spend almost a week in this room, I spent over an hour trying to convince the people working at the reception to either give us our originally booked room or refund our money back and they said they couldn't do EITHER of them because the hotel was fully booked and since we paid online it wouldn't have been possible to give us our money back. What a scam! After a while of arguing, they finally agreed to let us stay one night in the room we paid for in the first place and refunded the rest of the money to us. My husband and I spent the rest of our day searching for a new hotel during the busiest time in Munich when every hotel was fully booked for the next few days. (In case you were wondering, we were able to find one that we loved for the rest of our vacation.) If our troubles only stopped there I wasn't going to take my time to write this review, but unfortunately the hotel staff and management had to disappoint me once again! The breakfast was not very good and the food was minimal, but more than that I felt like we were in the middle of a forest full of bees and flies, both outdoors and indoors. Not just one, but more than enough to prevent us from eating in peace. My kids kept screaming, and the jars of jam were full of bees. I informed a staff member and she brought back another jar in 5 minutes and I got some jam in time before it would be full of those bees again. If the doors of the hotel hadn't been open the whole time for them to come inside we wouldn't have had this problem. To make matters worse, my eldest daughter had been feeling sick for a few days and started feeling worse that morning, so her dad took her to get medical treatment leaving only me and my 8 year old daughter behind. Considering this hotel is rated 3 stars its really so much better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed in. You can't really go wrong with a mercure. Free WiFi, free breakfast, free minibar (with beers) and free tea and coffee. The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfy. The Toiletries are really generous and smell lovely. The only downside was my ground floor room was right on the street so there was a bit of noise but it wasn't unbearable. I'd recommend this hotel and its very centrally located too. Also has plug sockets near the bed- a no brainer that I never understand isn't default in all hotels.

Perfect location centrally near the Main Railway Station and the old city centre. Hotel staff are friendly and very pleasant. Reception staff attentitive to your needs and helpful. Breakfast staff are warm and welcoming. Tasty choice of food too. Decent rooms. Cleaned well by cleaning staff. Highly recommend. Ive been twice already this year and a third already planned.
Hotel Sendlinger Tor

It is a very simple and ordinary small hotel with small rooms and small beds and toilets, but it is very clean and the transportation is convenient. The price is very good in Munich. The attitude of the front desk is very good, because there are rooms available, the front desk let us check in early. The room is not equipped with a kettle and disposable toiletries, as most European hotels do, you can bring your own if you need it.

Great what has become from the former Hotel Herzog Wilhelm. The rooms have been renovated with the great love for detail and there is everything you need. A beautiful, successful shift to the chain hotels. The personal service is also premature and friendly. The location is very central directly at the Sendlinger Gate. Good that there is something like this!

Good hotel. Lovely staff, loyal to understanding, service at the highest level. The hotel itself is located in the center, which already speaks of the convenience of visiting. Inside the room, complete noise isolation. If you visit Munich as a tourist, you will definitely check in * Premier Inn München Cyty (Zentrum) * 😘👌 💋BAGDASAROV
