Service was ok. Could use some training- at check-on my key was set on the counter and the lady just walked away…
Location is good!- Meijer is down the street.
My room- the tub was dirty. Curtains stained. Floor was wet from the fridge (I think), which also wasn’t working. Called front desk and was told they would send someone up or something and never got a follow up call.
Once the hotel gets upgraded I’m sure it’ll look awesome. Had a lot of open space. It was odd for my room to overlook the lobby, seems a bit intrusive to the guests.

This is an old Holiday inn, needs some updates, they tell you that the restaurant would be open for breakfast but it was not. They only have an indoor pool. Ok but not my first choice in the future.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great atmosphere. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

My rooms was clean and nice. Breakfast was great too. All the employees were friendly and accommodating. Kids had fun in the pool. Spacious big space in lobby kids can play around. Overall experience was exceptionally great. Will be coming back for sure.
