Hyatt Place Flint/Grand Blanc

Had dirty bowels, asked for new ones , bought out new ones, they were dirty! When told staff, didn't seem to care. This was Monday Dec 11th 2023 8ish. Little disappointed.

Front desk could not handle drunken hotel guests despite repeated calls from multiple families. Nothing much like 60-65 year old trash running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, slamming doors, etc.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER It was not a good situation. I drove 2 hours to stay the Hyatt for my daughter's softball tournament just to find out they did not have power. They didn't even notify me. The power finally came back on, but then the next morning there was no water so we couldn't take showers, brush our teeth, etc. They were poor comunicators. As far as I'm concerned I received 50% of a hotel. It should have been 50% of the cost. The manager could care less about mine or any other's dissapointment.

Successful soccer trip We stayed with our soccer team. Boys played in the pool, and had a blast together, nice clean lobby to hang and socialize.

The staff were very accommodating and active around the hotel throughout the stay. The only thing that presented some difficulties is the quality of their internet service being very subpar. It is an issue that is known to them and they are working on upgrading their service, from what I was told.

Had a weekend stay. In town visiting family. My stayed at the Hyatt was absolutely wonderful. Clean, quiet, room and bed very comfortable. Slept well! The breakfast was very good. Fresh and plentiful. The staff, friendly, kind and very professional.
