Hotels in Chembur, Mumbai

The Fern Residency in Chembur is an excellent hotel. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, including organising a doctor when one of my party was unwell. The rooms are very comfortable, reliable air conditioning, clean bathrooms and toiletries. The hotel restaurant has a large menu, excellent prices and everything tasted delicious. The Acres facilities across the road are high quality too. We used the gym, pool, Upper Deck restaurant and pani puri downstairs.

The hotel is full renovated, clean, handsome, very quiet. A lovely place. Tariff is good. A lovely place to stay in Mumbai, Chembur. The room is large, with a lot of place for luggage. The lift is convenient.

Stay was comfortable and pleasant at hotel maharana inn, mumbai for three nights. They were cooperative in providing the room in time and also room service was good. This was my first time, i booked hotel by make my trip app and found it is easy and genuine, also hotel people easily accepted my online booking without any unnecessary queries. Hotel was very clean and complete with necessities including good WIFI and a resturante. Staff were very aattentive and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this small hotel. Mr Gupta the day manager was particularly helpful in all matters.

The room is really spacious, the bed is quite large and there is ample space for luggage. The cleanliness was also good but beware the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to stand for even a single person! i really wish they had thought about it earlier but it's a total compromise if you have to stay there. The lobby wasn't clean and despite having told them for an early check in we were allotted the room only after waiting for about 2 hours. The room service was pretty good.

Our hearts sank as we headed down a driveway to an unattractive area, then up a lift to reception. It all got better from there. Very nice hospitable staff. Small rooms with tiny but adequate bathroom. Absolutely spotless. Very comfortable beds and pillows - both are clean, as is the linen. The view is pretty awful but that is not the hotel's fault. On the fourth floor we looked directly into a rundown derelict building, but hey, this is Mumbai. Breakfast adequate.

There being a family wedding in Chembur in May, we had booked a Suite and 3 deluxe rooms at Club Emerald, located in Chembur for two nights. We had done the bookings in advance and on the day of check in, the staff were courteous and soon we were ushered into our suites (the deluxe rooms booked by us were also upgraded to Suite…a nice gesture). Thanks for the same. It was quite spacious having a large bedroom as well as sitting room with sofa cum bed. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were soft and comfortable. A special thanks to Akash at the Front desk who had been very helpful throughout the booking process as well as during our stay. All the other staff were also very courteous, helpful and efficient. We only partook of breakfast on the last morning before check out. The food was basic and quite limited but made for a decent repast. I believe a few more items added to the menu would have elevated the Club. Overall, a nice experience.

Beautiful place surrounded by the main market of chembur. Nice, clean and well maintained ambience. Offers variety of food items from its restaurants. Otherwise also place is surrounded by several well known eateries. Very polite and courteous staff. Had very good experience. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent. Very helpful staff. Neat and clean rooms.

Overall good stay. All the requests were very well attended
