Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

It was a good stay,check-in was smooth, and front office staff was very good. I am General Manager of Redisson Phuket, The only concern is the restaurant service Poor unprofessional and no concern for guest food delay, I ordered lamb chops, which took 1 hr 30 min, and that also when I gave a reminder, Still no apologies at all but for bill staff is very quick ,Just because 1 was solo traveler and was wearing normal clothes ,Staff judging me. Seriously Poor and unprofessional

Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Final Verdict Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Taj Santa Cruz is a true gem. Its combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service makes it a top choice in Mumbai. Good for business but too far from all exciting spots with the traffic in Mumbai it’s hard to see anything else

Fairfield by Marriott is a beautiful hotel very close to the T2 International airport in Mumbai. We stayed for 4 days and then extended our stay for 1 day more using the same room allocated to us. The rooms are smaller than the similar category hotels but the compactness & utilization of space is fantastic

Lalit Mumbai was a delight to stay. Have stayed at Lalit Delhi and Lalit Udaipur before and have always had great experiences with this chain of hotels. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. We extended our checkout for late flight with ease. Thank you for your hospitality

I also stayed at this hotel on a business trip last year. The location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, there is a taxi at the hotel entrance, the hotel can also help you call the car, the front desk service is good, the breakfast is OK, suitable for business trips in the morning.
