Overall it was a good stay. The staff was very helpful and the amenities were good as well. The bedsheets were a little dirty from the edges and so were the pillows which we had to get changed after calling the hotel reception. One of the biggest advantage is how close the hotel is to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Mumbai international airport. We could stay till late and then get to the airpot on time as well. So overall it was good.
Nice clean place. Breakfast and buffet are good. Room is small sized but amenities are top quality. Location is near airport, so for travellers engagements near the airport then it is good. But other than that reaching there is a bit of challenge due to ongoing construction.
It is a good value for money and I will stay again.
It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

Location is convenient for business travelers, 3-5 mins from airport, Very good selection of food for buffet breakfast at main cafe on lobby level, avoid going to the Executive Lounge on Level 17, limited choice.
The grand hotel at the airport!!!!!
Love this place, Great rooms, great bars and great restaurants.
Rooms are very comfortable. Nice beds and pillows. Bath tub in each room. With nice toiletries.
Breakfast is excellent and always gets you off to a good start for the day. Love this hotel.
The location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.
The hotel exceeded all expectations - from the luxurious amenities to the exceptional customer service, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!
I had a very good stay at Novotel Mumbai with my Parents. Staff is very humble and friendly. They remember any special requests you may have, this was a very good gesture from the hotel staff.
Ambience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel.
The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in.
The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables.
The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests.
Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests.
Overall a wonderful experience.

YYuta0128The location is really good.
It is easy to connect after arriving the airport.
I recommend this hotel when you arrive late night or leave early morning.
GGuest UserThe staff behavior and check-in process were good. The elevator is not available, and the room size is average. If you are looking to stay for just a few hours or freshen up, then it will be suitable.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the room was incredibly luxurious, with comfortable furnishings and a tasteful design that made it feel like a true escape. I was pleasantly surprised to find snacks provided, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the convenience. Overall, the attention to detail and comfort made for an excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a touch of luxury!
