The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean.

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice.
Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Facilities: 5-star hotel standard configuration;
Hygiene: The room is cleaned on time every day and is very clean;
Environment: Convenient to travel, the sea view from the top floor is very good, very quiet
Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby managers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Excellent hotel. Great check in experience and breakfast experience. Staff at restaurant was really good and attentive to us. Mind you, rooms are bit cramped and might not be suitable for 3 people. Location is excellent with access to major spots easily.

Booked a studio suite. It was very spacious with big bathroom. Excellent service. Breakfast was included and it was great with Western and Indian items., Staff were all very nice. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Juhu area . Also short drive to the airport.
