The phone which was there in the room was not working so couldn’t hear anything when tried ordering from room service

The price what was mentioned on the menu was not the same, price was higher so have to pay extra

no mini fridge, no working TV , AC was pathetic, staff behaviour seemed full filled with attitude. room conditions are not par with the tarriff! they are charging double of what so less they offer 😔

It was amazing stay the staffs were very responsive and the amenities provided by hotel was also up to the mark i enjoyed my stay there and breakfast was also nice overall it was pleasant stay

Staff and receptionist are showed helpless for basic needs like dish tvs cables not working, socket plugs were not supported for charger, room not at gaving good freshness and basic needs improvement urgently required attention. I stayed in room no 204 paid almost 6600 per night. Not worth for this payment. No cooperation from room services or morning breakfast not allowed to room when we request but sharply closed breakfast by 9. 30am. I rate poor

Worsen then anyone can think, we checked out after 1 night and no refund 5 night booking paid advance unlikely to ever thinking of coming back room size is very small everything is broken and badly smell

The first time i stayed at this hotel was a top notch experience for me, however, this time hotel granville failed to meet my expectations!

The location of the property is very good. The Service is excellent. The food is very tasty. Breakfast is also very good. Only thing is that the interiors of the room are old and needs improvement. Otherwise, everything is good.
