The room was clean and kinda new . The location is really good and near a lot of good places The staff was cooperative and very professional but the room is too expensive compared to it’s price

The food and ambience is fantastic. Siddesh is has been really helpful in making our dinner special. The service is great and the food is even tastier. I would recommend it to anyone planning to make their evening special. No booking required and can directly visit here.

Great hotel great location staff are soo friendly and attentive. They also had a cake mixing ceremony for Christmas which was wonderful they gave us free high tea and a gift. We felt very special. Marine drive just across the road the breakfast chef who makes the eggs pancakes and doosa was awesome !! I would definitely like to come back to this hotel,

Stayed here for two nights, during checkin it was said the swimming pool is available on 06th floor. After reaching the room found a letter stating the swimming pool is not operational. I was charged 18K per night for a room which included the swimming pool in it , was shocking felt taken for granted. This hotel does not provide an iron and iron board in the room, on requesting for the same the duty manager Ashutosh says we have shortage of iron and the you need to use it quickly and return back to them. I felt as if staying in a low grade lodge. Further asked for a shoe shine and was refused stating they dont provide the same. The staff at the lobby does not care for your luggage or smile at you. While having breakfast I hear the restaurant manager and the chef talking loudly cribbing about their hotel. There are much better options in the vicinity.
