The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!
Other than that, everything was good!

Great Treatment. I asked for a small flower surprise for my husband as it was his bday, Hotel surprised with the whole room decorated and treated us with a small gift. Food and ambiance is amazing Specifically the breakfast. Loved it and would always recommend this resort to everyone. Thank You Team The Resort❤️

Home away from home...sprawling property..great food...set in pristine beauty. The entrance is tall attractive and has security check complete. The Concierge helps to take the belongings to your room. The welcome drink is perfect for the welcoming lobby. New leadership of Tarun..dynamic F&B Director is reflected in subtle chages to the menu spread including beverages. Smiling Swati Dhuri with old team of sandeep..rajesh..Saurabh continue to contribute to customer experience.

Have been regularly dining at High Tide Restaurant in the Resort. Excellent spread in buffet. Very tasty food served with a broad smile by everyone...in particular Lalit, Saurabh, Priyatosh, Mahesh and Angela. Will definitely recommend for a good family outing.

When i plan for vacation from Hustle of the city. I look for the place which located close to the nature beauty, good food, welcoming staff and something where my kids enjoy. This place checked all my boxes and it been lovely stay. From food to room to how beautifully this resort made. Everything just beautiful and so live. Thank you.

Excellent stay at The Resort. Overall rooms, service and food were excellent. The best part is this hotel is handicapped friendly. Our granny also had a comfortable stay and wheelchair goes inside the elevators, rooms, restaurants, pool area.

We went for dinner at the resort for friends birthday, Monish Shah and he is a regular member there since years so we frequently visit there for dinners or swimming and the hotel has a good ambience and food . service there is also quite nice by Suraj . He always takes care of our requirements very well. To our surprise Mir Hussain who has cater to us in Courtyard Marriott Bangalore ORR ( we had stayed for a month almost,) has joined here at the Resort and he made our evening from normal dinner to almost like a party...along with Suraj & Prasenjit. Thanks to all for making this evening so memorable. Love the masala tea, coffee, Food Will be visiting soon and now more often. Blessings to Hussain, Suraj and the team. Secret visiting there today also

The room was spacious and near and tidy and buffet was great and hotel property is next to the beach with private entrance and also it has a beautiful swimming pool which is quite clean. The property is near to the Mumbai City but is in solitude and peace away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall a great experience
