Excellent location with very courteous people. Rooms are not spacious, lack of amenities, very efficient and helpful staffs that compensate all scarcity. After all i had a nice one night stay.

This is to inform you that so many problems face in royal castle hotel in mumbai, facilities and comfort is zero my 4 year old baby girl very troubled. 1, bath shower flow not proper 2, night lamps not working 3, fan plus minus switch not work 4, after complaint towel come fruit tray 5, Tub brash not available 6, rude behavior (towel is available in room me used evening and next day i ask morning for towel they ask me in 24 hr we can not provide towel again and again) 8, accordingly bath tube available in my booking is not there.

Stay was short 3 nights, most of the day spent outside. Rooms are smaller but amenities are ok. Breakfast has very limited variety. Hotel is on 1st & 2and floor with no lift. Problem for sr citizen. No parking

All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.

1. Size of room was small 2. It was smelling
3. The receptionist were not cooperative 4. Basic facilities like tooth keet and shampoo were not available 5. Bisleri water was not provided Good Points: 1.Location was good

The rooms are small and the staff is not supportive. I had asked for a napkin and the staff denied. Not worth the money.

Blanket & towels were stinking. Waiters are rude and uncooperative. Breakfast is trestles. Manager was good.
