Nice enough staff BUT do not book this hotel it's a scam. Please see the picture attached of the so-called 'beach view'. I paid the premium for a view and all I can see is dirty concrete barricades, road. The bar is nice and fronts the beach but you can't access the beach from it - you have to walk all the way around the block. The beach is filthy. Very inflexible booking arrangements. Room nowhere near as nice as pictured.

I was to stay one more day, but suddenly reception informed me that room is booked for the day. I was forced to check out. Though i had informed reception at 9 o clock pm. That i will stay one more day.

The overall stay was quite good. The location of the hotel is awesome, their restaurant has a very nice view - being right on the beach. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food is decent and the rooms are fine in this price range. It's great for a couple of days stay. However, if you stay for longer the rooms might feel cramped up and small.

Hotel is neat and clean, having healthier atmosphere. Location is beautiful. Sea view is very nice. Vegetarian food is good and testy.

The hotel fares are reasonable. The rooms are decent enough. If you are looking to stay in juhu for a short stay, this hotel is fine.

What a beautiful property this is. Wonderful experience was at hotel. Very good staff very good rooms. Food quality should have been better. Otherwise property is at prime location
