Excellent hotel, three minutes from the Gateway of India, within walking distance of all the famous attractions.
We got a great clean room on the second floor, small, with all the amenities. There is a kettle in the room, water is replenished every day, there is tea, coffee in bags. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries: shampoo / gel / balm / lotion, caps for rush, a small comb and a set of a file, adhesive plaster and cotton balls and sticks.
The staff speaks good English, very friendly, free and without problems checked in at 9 am, asked what time it would be convenient to check out. We said 2 pm and they happily agreed without any questions. Simply excellent attitude to guests! I liked the breakfast, they fry fresh eggs for every taste, and also a varied table: lots of sandwiches with vegetables, Indian dishes, excellent cheese (including processed cheese), delicious coffee from the coffee machine, freshly squeezed juices! The hotel is definitely one of the best in this area! ❤️

The staff is excellent. All our issues were promptly resolved. Rooms and breakfasts are very decent for 3 *. I especially note the convenient location relative to the main attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Suba Palace in Mumbai. Everything was perfect—from the incredibly courteous and helpful staff to the unbeatable location near key city attractions. The hotel offered great convenience, with smooth check-in, clean rooms, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai—I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing 5 star service from all staff, friendly helpful! Excellent location! Stayed with my family (2 young kids) and we were well accommodated. Meals are restaurant was great too! Will definitely stay here again! And the welcome complimentary cake was delicious.

Provides all you should realistically hope for in the area. Convenient for those traveling to Colaba. Anas and others are courteous and helpful in general, and in case of requests. The hotel is small, in the heart of Colaba, allows easy access to the town and comes with all the basic requirements.

The best part of our stay was the amazing staff who always seem to be exceeding expectations each time. From the moment we booked till our check-out everyone went above and beyond. And the breakfast spread had a good selection too. Thank you Anas (Front Office) for convincing us to stay here.

What a fabulous hotel this is. From check in to check out we were made to feel very welcome. It is a hidden gem in Mumbai in my opinion. The staff were fantastic even down to the *** in the lift in his uniform. I absolutely loved it. The room was so nice, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the box in the bathroom with the toileteries in. Also we had a box of donuts delivered on our first evening and received a pen as as gift on our departure. All these little extra I thought were a very nice touch. The breakfast was also very good - this was the 3rd hotel we stayed in on our India trip and by far it was the best breakfast, bed, service and overall experience. The location is also good being close to the Gateway to India and quite a few restaurants and bars. Would I stay here again if visiting Mumbai most certainly.

Wow! This accommodation is outstanding. We stay for one week with a short trip in between then returned for another week. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, bed was super comfortable and a king size. The location was central, walking distance to many places. The front end staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nozmul & Mehemmed, the Elevator Men were so friendly and genuinely happy to see us each day to have a chat. Tarique always greeted us each morning for breakfast and Michael made coffee for myself and my husband every day. Mukesh cleaned our room every day and was very friendly & thorough. They are all a credit to Suba Palace. What a fine establishment. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Mumbai, you will not be disappointed.
