Hotel didn't had even spoon or stirrer to make tea/coffee. Also room safe didn't had guidelines to use it. Food service was good and fast.

The hotel is very close to terminal 1. The hotel allowed me to check in early and the staff were cooperative. The room was small but it was maintained neat and clean.

Paid for deluxe room for three adults. Did not get a third bed instead was given a mattress spread on the floor. Bathroom was not cleaned when i first checked in. The staff was constantly asking for tips and management did not take any action.

The room was decently accommodated and had good amenities. Although for the size of the room, the price seemed higher. The staff wasn’t very polite for hospitality business. That i believe can be worked upon.
