Hotel is clean but there is no proper parking available for cars. also rooms are small need more facility to customers. also ambiance is average not much attention to customer.

Property was right next to the Mumbai Terminal 1 airport and they gave me complimentary airport drop as well. Staff was well trained and polite. Extremely good experience.

had booked twin beds room which hotel failed to honour at the time of Check in and rather gave me a king bed . check in staff was bit rude .
I tried calling hotel also in advance also to reconfirm my booking request but their phone numbers were in accessible and one working no body bothered to answer.
the bed mattress was not good . overall a not very good sleeping experience

Location is good. On road property. Rooms are spacious except washrooms and gallery. Breakfast was okay. Service and staff behaviour good. Food in restaurant is costly.
