location is very bad, food was good, amenities were ok, service was also satisfactory. Facade is very average and not suotable for a 3 star hotel, room size was okay, we stayed there for five days, staff in the restaurant were not courteous,

The old structure in the room where even from the falls ceiling, the paints were coming . No basic amenities in the Deluxe room. Even they charge for a shaving kit.
Hardly any choice in breakfast. Only 3-4 items and super cold.
I don't recommend it to stay if not extremely on urgency.

dirty spots all across the room. you can imagine the service level if the hotel denies giving tea bags. And they are so punctual if you are late by 10 min for breakfast they will not allow you for complementary breakfast which have already paid

The place is very beautiful but old also wooden things like furniture is very old it’s also started corrode and staff is deaf no one will listen you there is 0 hospitality you should expect from them all you are paying for room nothing else. Swimming pools water is very dirty where you will see different type of insects in water. If you are looking any hotel for hospitality don’t even think to stay in this hotel.

I stay many times here before covid as well , but now rooms are not clean compared to price . Also bathroom area are broken.

The rooms had zero resemblance to the pictures. Thin walls, constant water and piping sounds, made the stay even worse than usual. The bed was alright. But there were no toilet rolls, basic dental kits, the towels stinked. Overall hygiene was subpar. Even the food that we ordered from room service, the tray which they served in broke halfway. Only saving grace was the working AC and the delicious food by room service. They should keep 2 complimentary bottles per day as per regular standards but kept only one. Wd expected the stay to be atleast minimally pleasant but it was a sheer disappointment. I would not recommend Aureole Andheri to anyone. You can get much better services with better standards.

The overall experience was very bad due to several issues. 1. The room condition was poor and not well-maintained. 2. When my wife requested a room change, the staff denied it and insisted that we could not switch rooms. 3. The room staff was uncooperative and argumentative, especially when we requested to boil milk for our 2-year-old babies. I stayed at the hotel with my two young children, and we faced several difficulties during our stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously
