Very very horrible service. Never keep any function. Very poor service, zero value for money. No supervision by senior resort management. Making money only criteria. Late night no transport available At extreme end, no proper lights. Very risky for outsiders

It was a nice stay the room quality was good, and hot water was available 24 hours. The staff was also supportive. The breakfast needs to be improved, but otherwise, it was a good experience.

"Eskey Resorts might have a beautiful location, but the overall experience was terrible. The hotel’s furniture and amenities are extremely outdated, with visible signs of wear and age everywhere. It feels nothing like the four-star quality they advertise. Even worse was the service—staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. The restaurant team, in particular, treated guests as if we were a burden, with no smiles, no courtesy, and no willingness to meet even simple requests. This made what could have been a nice stay feel cold and unwelcoming. Sadly, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. 1 star."

The worst experience ever., i felt this might be a good place to get away from the hustle of the city life. But to our disappointment, the resort was horrible. The resort is situated near the city but the experience was horrible. The rooms are not well maintained. The staff was not friendly. The pool was closed on a saturday which we have no prior notice of. The room on the 7th floor had a lot of noise coming from the roof top lounge. This is a pure veg resort which was also not displayed. There were way too many restrictions to just enjoy this place. What a waste of time and money.

There were cockroaches everywhere - in the toilet, in the hotel rooms and the lobby. Very unhygienic. Black mold on the ceiling and walls. The headboard of the bed was unclean and moldy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I got rashes on my skin the day after.

It's was smooth checking, but ac was not working properly in the room plus in tv thy haven't subscribed to most of the channels and few channels which are available it was completely blurr. I can rate average stay. It's not like 4* property at all.
